This page details the shipping and handling information for ShoeLacesExpress.com.
We ship USA and INTERNATIONAL
- Flat rate shipping and handling is $6.49 per order.
- Quantity of order does not matter.
- UPS Mail Innovations is the default Flat Rate Shipping method.
- Orders are shipped on our next business day. Actual delivery date is dependent upon UPS Mail Innovations and the US Postal Service delivering to your ship to address.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days from date of order for delivery.
- IMPORTANT - we cannot guarantee delivery dates from UPS or USPS when it comes to weather events. When transportation networks are disrupted due to unforeseen events and events of nature (weather and other events including but not limited to hurricane, flooding, snow storms, severe thunderstorms, earthquakes, etc.), delivery will be up to the safety and discretion of the carrier.
- All UPS and UPS Mail Innovations will receive tracking information and can be tracked at UPS.com. All USPS shipments will not receive tracking information.
- Free shipping for all orders over $50.00.
- Free shipping method is UPS Ground or US Postal Service Only. We determine the method of free shipping.
- Free shipping is for the Contiguous USA Only.
- Orders are shipped on our next business day. Actual delivery date is dependent upon the Service delivering to your ship to address.
Other Shipping and Handling Information
- Shipping and Handling charges are based on total weight of products ordered.
- It is calculated based on the ship to zip code and/or country.
- Shipping and Handling will be charged based on method selected at time of order.
- UPS ground is for the Contiguous USA Only.
- If there is an error when the shipping is calculated you will be notified and will be charged the corrected amount.
- Orders are shipped on our next business day. Actual delivery date is based on shipping method selected at time of order.
- Please allow 3-7 business days from date of order for delivery.
- If you chose UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select shipping and we receive your order before 3PM EST on a business day (Monday through Friday), we will ship your order that day. If your order is received after 3PM EST on a business day (Monday through Thursday), it will ship THE NEXT business day. In the case of an order being placed on Friday, after 3 PM EST through Monday before 3 PM EST, and you choose UPS NEXT DAY AIR, 2nd Day Air shipping or UPS 3 Day Select, your order will ship Monday EVENING (unless Monday is a holiday). Note that the UPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to unforeseen events and events of nature (weather and other events including but not limited to hurricane, flooding, snow storms, severe thunderstorms, earthquakes, etc.). Please keep these shipping times in mind when placing your order.
- All UPS orders will receive email notification when it is shipped. This email provides the UPS Tracking Number. This number will allow the tracking of the shipment in the UPS Tracking System.
- All US Postal Service shipping will not receive any notification or tracking information.
International Shipping and Handling Information
- International USPS Shipping and International USPS Priority Shipping types is available for all International Orders and will be shipped via UPS Mail Innovations International and are shipped the next Thursday after the order is placed. In some countries, these shipping methods are also offered: UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Express (SM) or UPS Worldwide Expedited (SM), but if these choices are not listed, then they are not available in your country. If you choose one of these faster shipping types, your order will be processed the same day if the order is placed before 3:00 pm EST. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
- International Orders (Except for Canada) and orders to Alaska and Hawaii cannot include any products that are considered Hazardous. This items will have HAZ in the item name in the shopping cart. If you are shipping Internationally and put a HAZ (Hazardous) item in your shopping cart, the only shipping type available will state “FAA regulations prohibit items with HAZ in the Item name to ship to your location. Please remove items from cart.” If you do not remove the HAZ item and complete your order, your entire order will be cancelled.
