The laces I purchased are the perfect color and size for my shoes. When they arrived, one pair of laces were fine, but the other pair had some fraying on one of the laces, so Shoelaces Express promptly sent another two pair out. Very happy with my purchase and their customer service. Also, glad to have a USA made product!
