Items are only eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Custom length laces and custom tipped laces are not eligible for exchange OR return.
Angelus paints are not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact our customer service if there is an issue with your paint.
To exchange your purchase for another Item, simply return the item(s) you wish to exchange to the address below with the receipt that came with your order. Write on the receipt what you want to exchange your item(s) for and we will ship it/them at no cost to you. Please be specific of the exact size and/or color you want in the exchange. Even exchanges only and should be for a different size and/or color, not for a different product group, type or line.
To return and get full credit for your purchase, simply return it to us at the address above and we will gladly refund your money. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process and credit your original method of payment.
