Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges and returns are easy at ShoelacesExpress.com.
Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Custom length laces and custom tipped laces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
To exchange your purchase for another item, simply return the item(s) to the address provided with the receipt that came with your order. Please write clearly on the receipt what you would like in exchange, including the exact size and/or color.
Exchanges must be for the same product type (even exchanges only), such as a different size or color—not a different product line or category. We will ship your exchanged item(s) at no additional cost.
Returns & Refunds
To return an item for a refund, send it back with your receipt. Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Orders over $500 are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned. For refunds exceeding $500, requests made more than 24 hours after purchase will be issued by check rather than refunded to the original payment method.
