You messed up my order, i did not even get the pair of grey shoe laces i ordered, on the packing slip there are checkmarks handwritten by all the items so somebody checked it off and packed but it was only half of my order, is only a pair of laces and i am extremely busy right now so did not contact you guys to get rest of my order, but is extremely sloppy on your part, was not a complex order, disappointed and will not be able to do business with you again.
