Great Product Wrong Size Can’t Get Help to Return

Hello! The laces I bought are great! Except they are too wide. The colour is perfect for my shoes but I was already having a hard time figuring out the colour and size options on the site. I called the customer service number a couple times and left a VM asking for help getting the a smaller width lace but the same colour I order which is the hunter green. Nobody has called me back to help assist with my return. If I don’t get any feed back from this review I will return the laces and ask for a full refund and try and get what I need elsewhere. Thank you
