I had a challenging time finding this size lace. Luckily shoelaces express had them in stock. They arrived quickly and were exactly what I needed. I used them to replace the lacing on hockey jerseys where the original laces started to fray. They were a perfect fit.

These stay tied better than several of other shoelaces that came with the shoes originally.

Mostly happy with these. Colour is an excellent bright red, pairs wonderfully with black boots, especially with black metallic tip. Width is great - in the past I'd gotten the thinner oval waxed cotton laces, and felt they were a bit too thin + not being round led to annoying crimping. Wax quality is good without being excessively stiff, I've worn these through drenching rain several times and had no water issues.

Only regret is that I didn't order longer...these came out several inches shorter than I'd hoped for once fully tied, so boots need to be actually relaced each time rather than tied loose once and then slip-on afterwards. On the one hand, it was tricky to measure (was replacing highly-elastic laces with a ton of stretch); on the other hand, I realized almost immediately after placing order that it would have been smarter to err on the side of significantly longer, which ended up correct. I understand it's my own fault for not quadruple-checking the measurements, and the policy is very clear about no returns or exchanges for customs, but it's still a bit disappointing. Not the first time this has happened either. In the future I'll definitely make sure to always order longer than I need - it's easy enough to absorb extra lace with a double knot or whatever. Never really realized until now that most default laces that come with shoes have so much stretch!

Got these to go with XXHI knee height Converse, and it's a close enough colour match to their classic navy racing stripe, which is a bit darker. Bit wider than most default flat laces, but it's a nice look. Extra flair with metal tip is worth it - nothing worse than the ends fraying on a costly custom lace. One key thing to note is that the all-cotton laces really do have almost no "stretch", whereas most default laces have at least a little, so it's better to err on the longer side. I'd gotten the measurements for these against another custom length purchased years ago, without realizing how much the old poly blend ones stretched, so it was a good thing I added a couple extra inches. (Lack of stretch is part of what contributes to the wider appearance too.) Happy with purchase, really helps the shoe pop.

I ordered the wrong size.

I didn't know which shoelaces to order as replacements for my broker dress boot. I contacted their customer service with pictures and they responded within the same day. I was still unsure and called their customer service and they called me back the same day as well. Received the PERFECT replacements and am extremely pleased with them.
