Well, now you’ve done it!

You’ve made me a confirmed and loyal customer. Thank you one thousand times! I had checked every store in my area for brown shoelaces for several weeks – no brown just black and nothing over 24”. I was loathe to order laces on line for some reason – it just seemed reasonable that you go to the local store and pick up a pair, as I have done for the past 60++ years.
