A few weeks ago I ordered a spool of lime green shoelaces from you when I couldn't find elastic or bias tape to make masks for medical personnel.   I want to thank you for your fast delivery.  It was great service. The product worked well on the masks.  We delivered 120 masks shortly after your product arrived and have more half made. (They only need ties.)  My only problem is that I didn't order more spools at that time. 

The sad part is you appear to be sold out, but it looks like other people making masks have bought your product, so it is ok.
